The Golden Gift Fund offers professional life-changing leadership management seminars. Up until 2019, it was called the Leadership Management Seminar. Today it is called the DKG: Ignite: Leaders Empowering Leaders Program. It is held in coordination with staff and faculty at the Mc Combs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Currently the program is offered every even year usually in July to DKG members throughout our Society.

Katina Keener from Gamma Nu Chapter attended 2022 DKG IGNITE in Austin. She was the only participant from Virginia among the 30 members selected internationally. The intense one-week training is conducted by DKG and The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
